I did 2 radio.imterviews today - live on BBC Scotland and a prerecord for Radio Forth. My boss did Ch4 News. She got the harder questions.

The interviews meant a change to today's plans but I did survive the carnage of Straiton to collect the food and have a quick peruse of Sofology.

Elsewhere I posted some mail, emailed some mail, ate rubbish (again), did some domestics and watched more of 'The Crown'.
