December Walk

Woke at silly o'clock this morning at the end of what has been a pretty crap week / month. Really wish I could hibernate through December it seems to get worse year on year as I remember those friends and family members who have sadly died in previous years during December and thinking of my family in Wales planning my cousins funeral next week. but instead we headed out to the North Norfolk coast. It was cold but dry and we almost had the place to ourselves.

There is something about reconnecting with nature and the sea that just lifts me and as well as all the glorious space I spotted a harrier (not sure which one), a jay, a red kite and a kestrel or hobby.
