early sun

parkrun in fancy dress this morning, I went as a Christmas tree though had trouble with the lights sliding down! (the star stayed in place despite the strong breeze, though).
I had a warm-up walk and the sun was shining beautifully through the trees ( it had only been up half-an-hour or so). I couldn't decide on which pic so put the other in the extras, I might as well use as many as possible.
Then a further short run with my friend, tea and toast in the café and a short walk up the Sidlaws. By then it had got a bit hazy so the pics weren't so good.
Since then got various jobs done and now having a lazy evening.
