More Baking

A busy day - Physio this morning and a very quick visit to Waitrose for just a couple of things. It wasn’t quite heaving but almost! The basket-only lane was empty! The rest of the day was spent pottering around the house, a couple of last minute gifts wrapped, exchanging gifts with the neighbour kids, a bit of TV and finally, a very quick time of baking just before bed. I was using the last of the Pepparkakor cookie dough from the other day. These will do nicely for a little treat in the next few days!
