No it's just me in my new onsie and new Wellies ready for next weekends residential.

Today has been quite a hard day, went to the crem before work to say hello to a swimmer we lost 4 Years ago today - I can't believe it's 4 years since we lost him. Rip Richard you have gone but will never be forgotten.

Went out this evening for tapas with the girls from work and the food and service was shit but we drank plenty so that's all that matters
