Out on the bike today and all went well until I came to take this snap.

After half an hours cycling I came back into Winton, thought I'd get some photographic evidence and a blip of my travels. I pulled up to the sign and forgot I was clipped into the pedals, came crashing down on grass thankfully.

I jumped up pronto to try and make it all seem as natural as I possibly could, nobody saw me.

The news today is full of the Lance Armstrong saga, that's what my title refers too, Seems a great shame that he would go to such lengths to win a race.

It wouldn't seem that it was "about the bike"
