Once a proud road locomotive is now doing donkey service in the Rochester yard. Of some concern is the removal of the eastbound signals. Since the passenger station is about 2 miles west and the yard tracks have main line access before the signal it is possible for a passenger train in the block on a green signal to encounter a train that entered the block while the passenger was entraining passengers. This situation caused a serious wreck several years ago near Washington DC. There should be advance signals on bothsides of the station but these have been removed also.
