Christmas Eve spent in Evora getting our secret Santa presents - plus tantrums from Zion who saw his being bought and wanted it immediately...! Thankfully he got over it... after a sleep and a lot of crying!

At 11:30pm we walked up the church in the wall of the castle for midnight mass including kissing a baby Jesus (!) as a reminder to ourselves that he is our saviour and to look to him for salvation and not anyone or anything else... and candles lit from a flame that originated in Bethlehem for us to all take home.
