Hope everyone is doing ok.

I know this time of year can be difficult for all sorts of reasons. Getting through it can be a bit of an ordeal while for others it's a joy.

However yours is, I hope you are doing ok and finding some time in the middle of it all to take a quiet moment, relax and appreciate everything you are doing and have done.

I was up early around 5am to spend a quiet moment with mum, just the two of us. I heard her awake and crept down to see her. It was a lovely time, an oasis in the day just for us.
