Worked first thing then whizzed home to change and went straight out for a lovely blustery walk out of Macclesfield forest and the drizzle cleared and let in some good views up towards Manchester. The sound of the wind in the conifers was so calming. In the deepest, darkest part of the forest the pine ogres had all but one gone to bed and I heard him closing the creaky secret door (for Rupert Bear lovers).
Meal now underway. About time I opened a bottle of something fizzy . . . Enjoy the rest of your Christmas Day.
