Church this morning. Nothing much further.

Had black velvet chicken for tea. The blip is of the champagne cork that went into the chicken. I got a few bottles of sparkling wine years ago and as we don't do bubbles they've been sitting in the wine cabinet taking up space. The one that went into the pot was a Jean -Noel Haton Brut. I'll try the 2008 Marques de Monistrol Cava over the weekend. 

Cold, but on the mild side.
