What ?

Busy day yesterday - went with daughter to London for an Open Day at London College of Fashion. They do a course called 'Cosmetic Science' which she thought she might be interested in. Shes a funny mixture of Science & Art - anyway, altho' the session was interesting and informative, she's decided that being a lab scientist formulating anti-ageing creams doesn't float her boat. She's good at science, but it doesn't reallt do anything for her.

She thinks that maybe designing underwear would be something to investigate !! If it was me I'd have to look at their courses for shoe-making or jewellery making. It just looks wonderful - so I hope she does find something that excites her interest.

The knitted bike we saw hung up in scaffolding on Brick Lane - we did a trawl of all the 'retro' shops, and I was ableto buy a lovely silk scarf to feed my scarf addiction. Bought earrings there last time I went with my son (that the other addiction).
