End of the Track

I always love Boxing Day better than Christmas. More relaxed and more leeway in the kitchen! Walked to the end of the track in super light. There is now snow on the mountains of Skye and Rum. Returned to the cottage for champagne, festive salad and Scottish pakora (the best!) for lunch and then dozing by the log fire.
