Ailsa Craig at sunset

We had no snow yesterday but we had a white Boxing Day.  Not a lot of snow but enough to cover the ground and it looked magical in the sunshine.  It was melting fast though, although it is still lying now that it has turned a bit colder.

After all the indulgences of Christmas Day, we had a walk along the promenade at Troon today.  No snow on the coast.  Lots of people doing the same thing.  We had stunning views of the snowcapped hills of Arran, and on the way back a lovely sunset behind Ailsa Craig.  We had coffee at Scotts at the Marina, and I took a shot of the yachts there too.  Have uploaded some extras too.

And now to attack the leftovers...... looking good!!!!
