Golden glow on the meadows

We set off earlyish today to get a walk and some fresh air before lunch and also for me to test drive the new camera.. Not much light to start with but slowly the sun came out. We stopped on the meadows road and made the most of the first golden light, see main shot.

We then walked through the shadows to the lochside  and waited for a few minutes before the sun rose above a thick cloud. It was worth the wait. If you are a fb friend I have posted some there if not I have put one of the mono shots as an extra. No more extras left or I would have posted more.
