Unboxing...

...West Kirby on Boxing Day!

Well, I think, as many blippers may already know, I am a self confessed thalassophile...that being a lover of the sea. With that in mind, off it was to West Kirby to spend some time in that magical sea air.

The journey over the tops on the M62 was filled with thick fog and white snow on the sides of the road...this was followed by heavy rain...but then come West Kirby... brighter, clearer skies and gorgeous views. A wonderful long stroll in very, very light winds which made the marina look like a shining piece of glass.
