CHEESECAKE

Had a really lazy Boxing Day.  Only left the house to put the bin out.  Neil went to the pub this afternoon - ended up as a pub crawl through the village. 

He came home around 7pm.  Then we had a mini Boxing Day buffet of leftover chicken, crisps, cheese, crackers, coleslaw,olives etc - and Neil also had his duck breasts. We finished off with a slice of cheesecake.   Belgian Chocolate and Sea Salted Caramel Cheesecake with Gold Dusting.  Very rich and filling.

The spoon is part of a new fun set I bought for Christmas - an Iridescent Unicorn Cutlery Set. 

Becky and Mike are in Loughborough now - staying with Mikes Mam and Dad for a few days.  They come here on Friday.
