But, then again . . . . .

Walking the Dog.

After twenty-four hours of rain, it was snowing when I went to bed last night; this morning, it was just warm enough to make the pavements treacherously slippery. While Mrs TG was working, an activity of which I thoroughly disapprove, I went for a walk in The Glen, visiting parts that I have not seen since we last had a young and athletic dog, and with just the IR camera for company. However, the Blip was taken from Chapel Loan of the slopes on which the local children toboggan. Today there’s just a lady walking her dog.

The extra was taken where there are some enormous boulders that are the site of some local legend involving either Jacobites or an eloping couple leaping to safety, behind the castle orchard. Oddly, the colours look strangely realistic, although they are completely false. Focusing isn’t quite “au point,” but I include it out of interest. Both pictures were taken with a 720 nm filter.
