B&B gammon.......

......purely experimental I hasten to add......so the gammon joint is currently gently bubbling away in a bath of Newcastle Brown Ale (the resulting stock will be 'reserved' for a boozy gravy base at a later date!) and when it's had a good old sozzle simmer it'll be drained, anointed with black treacle and baked.....now it sounds good in theory (well, at least it did to me when I thought of it!) but I'll report back on the final result ;-)
