Dear Diary,

Thank goodness for my birds and squirrels.  They are perfect for emergency blips like this one.  This little Junco stood still long enough for me to make a photograph.  I have very little strength to hold the camera for very long.  (Note to self, look for a smaller, lighter camera!)

Matt will be here this morning to dig me out and then I will try to get to the village clinic to see a doctor about this fever and cough.  I don't dare drive myself.  My fever is down a bit this morning but it is still there.  I want to make sure this isn't developing into pneumonia.  Sigh...
