An Exciting Afternoon for the Cats

In 2011 Pebbles and Missy were 6 years old, they lived in Basingstoke with Laura and Steve who had them as rescue kittens. At that time Steve was advised by his doctor to live in a cat free environment. So Jack and I, persuaded by Laura's mum a local friend, said we would take the cats.

Move on 6 years and renamed Pebbz and Mittz we have two very special cats. Once or twice a year when they are visiting Laura's parents Laura and Steve come to visit the "girls". Today was delightful. Shy Pebbz took a lot of persuading but eventually came out from behind the sofa for some cuddles. Tarty Mittz was quite willing to to be cuddled but not for too long.

Laura and Steve hated losing their cats but like to know they can come and see them any time. Here is Laura getting a cuddle from Missy/Mittz! Both cats are now fast asleep in their baskets exhausted by the emotional reunion!
