Kelly Hall Tarn

The boys left after an early breakfast for their drive south.  We have had a good few days with them although No 2 son was rather preoccupied  - he is going back to complete his course and has exams to pass.

Another glorious day here so we tidied up a bit and then headed into the Lakes.  The Coniston Fells beckoned and we stopped at Kelly Hall Tarn.  Rather cold there but lovely and clear.

Home to 'bits and pieces' dinner of cold cuts and assorted cheeses, chutneys and pickles.
