Happy foggy Monday

Slept very well, even after a late meal. Woke and checked the weather outside and it was v foggy (or was it the condensation!).

Got my running gear on and went for a little run in the drizzle and fog, heading towards Jerbourg. I must've looked like a gorilla in the mist!

Back for breakfast and then we set off into St Peter Port for a little bit of shopping. Treated myself to a new watch. On Friday the watch I wear (dads old watch) a rivet on the strap had broken...I was gutted. He must've known I was going to buy a new one here!

We went off for a coffee at Bordeaux and took some freesias for dads chair. Hopefully the wind won't have blown them away!

We drove down towards Pleinmont still shrouded in fog. No flights in or out today, but it was still warm, up to 18 degrees!

We walked up to the La tables des pions or better known as the fairy ring. Following with traditional (and poppycock!) we both walked backwards 3 times around the circle!

Had a cream tea afterwards, well deserved after our walk.

Back to the hotel still foggy.

Dinner was at the captains, a gorgeous lasagne. Home and we went a walk in the fog, and dark lanes to walk off our dinner. It's been a lovely day.
