ABSTRACT REED IN THE WESER
My entry for the Abstract Thursday Challenge, with the theme: new beginnings. Many thanks to Ingeborg for hosting.
A sunnier day than we had seen since a long time.
In the morning we did some some DIY jobs.
Like hanging the old Comtoise clock in the entrance. Drill a hole in the wall, put a plug in the hole, put a hook in the plug, and hang the clock. But did the clock still worked? After years of rest?
We were busy with it almost all morning and in the end, there is still a riddle to be solved.
In the afternoon we walked along the Weser, in the direction of Wuergassen. On our way we met neighbours, and we catched up about how Christmas had been for them, for us.
When we came home it was still bright.
