Day out in the Borders

We had a day sightseeing in the Borders today. Our first stop was Scotts View (also blipped by Swannie yesterday) then we parked at Dryburgh Abbey and walked to St Boswells where we had lunch. One our way we had a look at the Temple of the Muses which is dedicated to the poet James Thomson (who wrote the words to Rule Britannia). We walked back to the car and on our way back stopped to look at the statue of William Wallace.

A couple of the muses from the Temple of the Muses and William Wallace are in my extras
