Surfer

Did St Andrews Parkrun today in 29 mins 20secs, 1 min 8secs quicker than my best at Camperdown. It is an easier course though there was a very muddy section we had to do 3 times which made it a bit slower than it could be.
Then into St Andrews for warm chocolate brownies and a wander. From the main pier we watched waves breaking over the end (several not bad shots) and this surfer paddling out and riding the waves. I've got one of him standing up but I chose this one because he looks so small in among the waves and there is a great haze effect from the breakers in the background.
