I bought this Cat Christmas decoration about twenty years ago when I visited my big sister for Christmas in America.

I am sure that we all have special decorations.

It was a beautiful cold day and I should have taken a frosty shot.

After work I’ve been for a sports massage and yes it was very painful. And then I’ve been for two hours of yoga. That was wonderfully relaxing.

It’s important to make time for oneself.
