My brothers gorgeous chocolate lab/great Dane cross is doing well despite being hit by a car and having her femur removed to mesh her hip bone to stay in its socket. She went through a rough time with some open raw wounds and some surgery which was touch and go but is now removing well. She is only 4 so is coping well with it all and is attending water hypnotherapy for her joints
