Clean line

A deer had just jumped into the wood before the photograph was taken.  This is a favourite view with the clean line of the slope running against the contrasting soft woodland behind.  Dorset is in the distance on the left.

A very fine sunny day.  I even managed to do a little gardening and then took the dog out for a walk.  Cottage pie for supper made from the leftover beef.  It is always good to finish everything early after Christmas.  The turkey was finished on Boxing Day coming to us and then to K's parents - so it did the rounds!
