Eating the world

Son Huw cooked a Peruvian meal on Christmas Eve; today he made this Korean banquet, incorporating his own fermented vegetable kimchi and a bunch of garlic scapes he brought from Manchester.

Sad to think this marvellous cuisine is probably only available to the fortunate few in North Korea, although whether its people  are actually starving or simply experiencing severe food shortages is a matter of dispute.
