Jigsaw done in my absence

This is supposed to be an entry for Dec 29th but can't change the date on the phone.

I am still in hospital so my family have used some of their time doing a big jigsaw. They would rather have been taking me for walks.
I had an endoscopy yesterday to examine my stomach and intestines. Problem appears to be an ulcerated and inflamed large intestine. May be ulcerative colitis. Waiting for biopsy results which we probably won't have until next week.
I was given some steroids yesterday which seemed to have helped and they are supposed to be moving me from intensive care to the ward today. It's just like a human hospital but for pets. We are all very happy about that.
I may not be around to celebrate New Year with my family but hope to see them very soon.
