Through the window - on a wet day

This grey wagtail visits my garden every winter. It comes right up to the backdoor and I've no alternative but to shoot through the window. If I opened the door, or the window, it would be off. It rushes and bobs about all over the place, and it never stays for long. 

A single pied wagtail is usually on its tail to chase it away, but I haven't seen the pied yet this year. I hope nothing has happened to it!
