Work has started

Went to the charity shop to empty all the bookshelves prior to a redecoration and new flooring in the shop.  Lots of unhappy spiders who are now homeless.  Fortunately lots of strong men around to do all the carrying and lifting.  Not re-opening until 13th January but will still be going in to sort any donations.
On my return popped in to say goodbye to No1 grandchild who is returning to France today.  Lovely to see her and her brother who came home too.

Thank you for your sympathy about car.  Had to have a new tyre so now up and running again.
