Reality kicks in

I’ve totally let my ‘looking after myself’ routines go to pot over the last few months. My work Mum always used to tell me to look after me. So today I was back in the pool, 50 lengths in 26 minutes, quite pleased after such a lack of activity. I then took the next 30 minutes at a more relaxed pace.

Pop into town this afternoon for the kids to spend some Christmas vouchers, the were adorable company. Back to reality tonight- ironing!!
