Snowing (a bit)

Let's open the blinds and pretend we are in a snow globe said the boss. 

Can't say I felt like I was in a snow globe, but they let me out early so I can't complain. 

Bad thing happened. I got my first payslip which tells me that if I don't use my 4.5 hours of accrued holiday by 31st of Dec I will lose it. 

Good thing happened. They gave me my tax back. The tax I paid back in the beginning of the year before I had six months without an income. A late Christmas pressie. 

Suddenly a half day lost holiday feels like nothing at all.
