What I CAN do

In 2018 I will be tracking various activities daily to hold myself accountable. One area where I falter is regular daily exercise in the winter when it’s very gray and bitter cold for long stretches. This will remind me I CAN practice yoga at home even when there’s no class. I CAN swim in a warm heated pool or walk outdoors even when it’s cold.
I CAN also give myself a break to rest when I need to.
