not sitting on a wall like the old verse I remember my nan telling me many years ago now.

Had a food delivery yesterday which broke the boredom. Today I changed mum's bed which gave me something to do providing I go slowly I find I'm ok.

Sleeping better which is something and going to bed earlier too which I know helps with healing.
Looking forward to watching the Bette Davis films on BBC2 and 'Feud' about her and Joan Crawford this evening.

Hopefully I'll be in bed by then and relaxing.
