View through the window

I thought I'd spend a few minutes trying out my new sketching pencils and for ease chose to open the blinds and just draw what I could see. My closest friend, who is an artist, told me I couldn't just make stuff up. I'm sure I have, I've tried to look at what I think I can see and represent it with some sorts of marks, however, in the end there's definitely a tree, a hedge and a drive. She also encouraged me to just do it, not expect too much, and be satisfied with what I'd done.
I wanted create a blip which brought together all the elements, the view through the window and the sketch, but to also manipulate the photo and make it something else. Anyway. Here it is.
