We had hoped for a good nights sleep but Elodie had other ideas. She awoke in the early hours and it was pretty hard to get her down again. I felt sorry for the guests in rooms near ours who had hoped for something similar. We kept our heads down during breakfast.
A brighter day today so once we'd checked out we went for a blustery walk along the beach. That certainly helped wake us up. Later a walk in Rye and then onto home.
A good little break and nice to make the most of this time before baby arrives. Elodie loves being out and about so this is precious time with my little girl.
