Christmas 2017

We had a lovely day. Stockings in the morning followed by church. We spoke to Grandad in Whitley Bay while we waited for N&P to arrive. Most presents were opened before lunch but the kids had their main present after lunch. A big box which they opened together which contained a red loveheart helium balloon with white polka dots to which was attached a count down board and two pairs of Mickey ears. They couldn't quite believe that at Easter we are going to Florida for a fortnight. It has been planned and saved for for such a long time I can't believe it is actually happening. Will disappeared a little while later and I found him lying on his bed. When I asked if he was ok he said he had had to come and lie down because he thought it might all be a dream.
