These 3 young men were playing in Paisley town centre. They were very good.

One of those days when you meet several people you know. Nice to catch up.

On the way home I passed a place where they do alternative therapies. In desperation I have booked a hot stone massage on Tuesday. Don't know if anyone has tried this but I am supposed to go next weekend to Roy Bridge for a hillwalking weekend and at the moment I could not lift my rucksack. I realised how I have damaged my shoulder. I was on bus into Glasgow when the driver suddenly stopped while I was holding onto the pole waiting to get off. A few weeks ago he stopped so suddenly I was thrown back just managing to hold on. It has been worse since it happened again.
