Aren't these cute!?

I was round at Ellyn, Catriona and Jenny's this evening for dinner - stuffed peppers, yummy! - and then we watched the movie version of Rent. A few of us are going to see Idina Menzel, who's in it, next week in Edinburgh. Can't wait! She's one of my favourite musical theatre performers.

Despite it's rather...interesting plot - following the lives of a group of Bohemians living in New York, 1989 during the AIDs epidemic - Rent has some cracking tunes! Like this.
