Pounding

Up early to buy meat for Cromdale cooking.  Me and Rads made an ace homemade paste and the beef is marinating before going in the slow cooker.
Walked the dogs with Karenny before they left- it was bracing.
We visited Auntie Moira to set up her new coffe machine, did some shopping and then had tea in Wagamama- fit fine.
We stopped at Asda on the way home to get some Cromdale shopping- I have never seen a snack isle so decimated.  Only the rubbish flavours of Pringles left- ha ha!
