Soap stone

This is a soapstone carving from Zimbabwe. Its not the usual animal ones you see in all the tourist shops. Now it weighs quite a bit and was a challenge for me to bring it back on the plane.

Can someone tell me why my photos are being turned sideways well these last 2?
