Fly away

Very cold morning but sunny and bright, before I left for work the boy wanted to jump on the frozen puddles so he did at 7.45am! See extra pics

I was fairly slow on a lane near the end and noticed a big bird on the hedgerow on other side of road so I turned round at the end of the lane and went back to see if I could blip it and it was still there, so I pulled up on the verge but as I got ready it flew away. Not sure what it was but it looked bigger in real life than my iPhone shows!

Very busy long day today at work with colleagues. Luckily I am off then until New Years Day when I am on call.

Hospital rang today to change my operation date, thankfully only delayed a few days which I’m pleased about as I can help out at work for a difficult issue and it’s not too delayed as I am really struggling to sleep at night and some every day tasks becoming a challenge. Who knew shoulders could cause so much pain and restrict what you can do.
