Glorious Christmas morning and I woke with the thought in my head to pop and see my mum and dad’s memorial stone before all the other tasks facing us at the care home.

Nice to contemplate the lovely 12th C building. Really peaceful and lovely light.

Went home for coffee and shared with J: “I think I’d like to be buried where my mum and dad are...”

J: “It can be arranged. Does it have to be today, or can we wait until after Christmas?”
