Fabulous winter walk

Having returned from my brother's in Newbury I felt the need to stretch the legs and climb a small hill or two. Fantastic weather, walked from Grasmere over past Silver Howe to Chapel Stile then along to Elterwater. Crossed Elterwater Common headed up past Hangingstile Crag and then did a loop of Grasmere via Loughrigg Terrace. A wonderful walk with amazing views of the Fairfield Horseshoe and the Langdale Valley.
