Last walk of the year

Another walk this afternoon down the Hangings.  Dark shadows, but when we walked farther along the lane the sunset lit up the trees and fields, but I feel this reflects the last day of the year.

Who knows what 2018 will bring, but I hope that for everyone their is light and joy in the new year.
