Later on I ate chocolate, finished 'Martin and Ruth's Album Club' (my Holiday reading) and continued into the pile of half-read things next to the bed. I managed to finish 'Red Shift' by Alan Garner and most of the remainder of Margaret Atwood's 'Surfacing.' Feels like year-end stuff...
