Bought an old fridge (gumtree) and spent the day turning it into a fermentation chamber for making beer. What you see here is the temperature controller: you set the desired temperature, and then it triggers the fridge or the added heater to keep the beer at the right temperature. That’s the theory any way. I’ll be testing it out over the next few days before I risk it with any actual beer.
